Drone services in Madrid for developers and brands

We travel to Madrid for developers, architects and brands. It's a demanding airspace, with airports, air bases and many heliports, so permits matter as much as the flight. We handle them and group jobs into flight days to keep travel costs down.

Land plots and developments in Madrid

Madrid's new residential developments, such as Valdebebas, El Cañaveral, Los Berrocales or Valdecarros, need land and construction documented for years. We produce georeferenced land plot reports, floor-level views for off-plan sales and monthly construction monitoring.

Flying a drone in Madrid: permits and timing

Madrid concentrates controlled airspace (Madrid-Barajas, Cuatro Vientos, Getafe, Torrejón) and dozens of heliports, many at hospitals. Flying near a heliport requires coordination with its operator; in the Community of Madrid this means a form and the area in KMZ at least a week in advance. Military zones require extra procedures.

Permits are on us

Flying well isn't just piloting. We check UAS geographical zones and handle notifications with the Spanish Ministry of the Interior, ENAIRE (air navigation), heliport and aerodrome operators, ADIF (railways) or landowners. You just choose the shot.

We don't do thermal imaging, LiDAR, multispectral agriculture or light shows: they need equipment we don't have. If you need them, we'll point you in the right direction.
